01 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the kbaji platform and all of its associated services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you" or "user") and kbaji.

kbaji is a secure and reliable online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By using our services, you acknowledge that you are fully aware of these Terms.

These Terms have been drawn up in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final. In the event of any translation or interpretation, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

02 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

To open an account and use services on kbaji, you must be 21 years of age or older. We strictly prohibit participation by minors. We may request necessary documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 Registration Terms

At the time of account registration, the user must meet the following conditions:

• All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• The account is for personal use only — use on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• The registrant must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• The user shall not operate from any area or location where online gaming services are prohibited.

2.3 Verification of Information

kbaji reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Failure to provide required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your kbaji account password and login details completely confidential. You are solely responsible for any activity conducted from your account.

• Do not share your account details with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
• Use a strong password for security and change it regularly.
• Always log out after logging in from a public or shared device.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If any of your registered details change (address, phone number, email, etc.), contact us immediately. kbaji will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one kbaji account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be permanently closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer methods can be used to deposit funds into kbaji. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100.

• The correct amount and reference number must be stated at the time of deposit.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from accounts operated in a third party's name are not accepted.
• Suspicious transactions may be held pending review.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing generally takes 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawals cannot be made before bonus wagering requirements are met.
• In cases of unusual or suspicious activity, withdrawals will be processed after an investigation is completed.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x).

• To cash out the bonus amount, the combined total of the original bonus and deposit must be wagered 15 times.
• The bonus can only be claimed once.
• If the bonus conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If any attempt to commit fraud related to a bonus is detected, the account will be closed.

5.2 Promotional Offers

kbaji regularly provides various promotional offers and special bonuses. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which will be stated in the offer description. The general rules are:

• Each promotion must be claimed within the specified time limit.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• kbaji reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

kbaji's VIP program has five tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular betting activity. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.7%, Platinum — up to 1.0%, Diamond — up to 1.2%. Cashback is credited directly to the account and may be subject to separate wagering requirements.

06 Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Before placing a bet on kbaji, make sure your account has sufficient balance. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
• If a bet is not accepted due to a technical error, the funds will be returned.
• kbaji reserves the right to review suspicious betting patterns.

6.2 Determining Results

The results of all games are determined using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Official results are followed for sports betting.

6.3 Cancelled or Void Bets

If an event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, the related bet will be considered void and the bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kbaji platform:

• Fraud and Deception: Any form of fraud, manipulation, or deceptive activity.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of legitimizing illegal funds.
• Bots and Automated Software: Betting using automated tools or bots.
• Exploiting System Errors: Taking unfair advantage by using technical errors or vulnerabilities.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Using Third-Party Funds: Betting using another person's money or payment method.
• Hacking and Cyberattacks: Any attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
• Betting Syndicates: Operating as part of an organized betting ring.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in the permanent closure of the account, possible forfeiture of the balance, and legal action where necessary.

10 Service Suspension and Termination

10.1 Reasons for Account Closure

kbaji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• If fraudulent or deceptive activity is suspiciously identified.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Misconduct toward other users or staff.
• Following the directives of regulatory bodies or law enforcement authorities.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure, however if bonus conditions have not been met, the bonus will be cancelled.

11 Responsible Gaming
